Everything else went smoothly, but for some reason, others' Drop Boxes that were once available to me no longer are. And some that were available still are. Nutty. A call to Apple resulted in nothing more than a pitch for AppleCare, which is not what I needed to hear. Anyone else experiencing this? Got a work around? If so, please let me know.
