Taking the Challenge
I will start by stating, that I am not a workout type person. I don’t like to go to the gym. I prefer to stay physically fit by doing fun outdoor activities that don’t feel like a workout. My favorite activities are hiking and mountain bike riding. I disclose this information to you to show you how much I don’t enjoy regular routine workout.
With that said, I recently started the 100 push up challenge. I am in week 2 when writing this post. I have never been able to do a lot of pushups. I started the program by doing the beginning test which ask you to test yourself by seeing how many pushups you can do in one set. Well, this is hard for me to disclose, but I was only able to do 8 pushups during that test.
Well, it is currently week 2 and I most recently accomplished 32 pushups. This might not seem like to much to some of you, but it is over 200% improvement in just 1 week. The plan is to keep up with the schedule. If I come to a point where I can’t complete that days challenge, I will repeat said challenge for the next full 3 days.
I am not sure if I will complete the challenge in the set schedule of 6 weeks, but I plan to keep up with it till I can do 100 push ups in 30 minutes.
If you all are interested in taking on this challenge, check out the website for more information.

I on the third week for the 2nd time. It gets really hard, but you start to see some great results by this time. I'm using the perfect pushup and I can really see the difinition in my arms, shoulders, chest and even abs.
I also think the 100 is impossible, but even if I fall just short, it is still an amazing accomplishment.
Good luck!
Fun Husband
That is awesome that you are seeing results. I have heard that week 3 is when you really start to feel it. I just finished week 2 and I am going to take the second test on Sunday.
Can I ask how many you did in your initial test, and how many you did in your second test?
Thanks, and good luck!
